Ingredients:
250 grams of beef liver or chicken liver, diced
250 g diced potatoes, fried
50 g peas
5 pcs large red chilli, mashed
2 pcs garlic, mashed
8 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
2 pcs large red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced
1 vertebra galangal, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml coconut milk
How to Make:
-Sauté onion until wilted, enter the smooth cayenne and garlic finely, saute until fragrant continue. Enter the bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal. Stir well.
-Enter the beef liver / chicken, stir and cook until the heart changes color and mature. Pour the coconut milk, simmer.
-Enter the potatoes and sliced chillies, stir well, sprinkle peas. Stir again and then lift.
A little note:
If cooking Potato Sambal Goreng Hati in large quantities, then the liver can be boiled first with salt, bay leaves and lime leaves. Good luck.
